PODCAST: An Audio Podcast for S2E11 “Torn”

The folks at TheSeekerCast have come back with a vengeance and cranked out their 2nd podcast in less than a week. This time they are covering the newest episode for Season 2, which just aired this weekend passed, called “Torn”. If you aren’t familiar with TheSeekerCast then let me give you a brief overview; they cover news, episode reviews, comments about the show and actors, voice and written comments from fans around the world, insight into things coming up etc. Here is a sample of what this weeks is all about.

Kevin, Kurt and Jenn are back to discuss the Kahlan-centric episode “Torn”. The trio discusses Bridget Regan’s amazing performance, Kahlan’s relationships and gads of news and interviews.

PODCAST: An Audio Podcast for S2E05 “Wizard”

The gang from TheSeekerCast.com is back at it again. They have gone back in time (or forward, if you plan on watching the reruns) and released an audio podcast for the episode “Wizard” which was episode 5 (season 2) of Legend of the Seeker. This time Kurt manages to join them from the his hiding spot locked in Jen’s closet.

Kevin, Kurt and Jenn take advantage of the one week show hiatus to jump back and catch up on episode 2.05 “Wizard”. The trio discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the episode as well as lots of news from the Seeker fandom to go along with some great listener feedback.

PODCAST: An Audio Podcast for S2E10 “Perdition”

TheSeekerCast.com has released a new podcast for Legend of the Seeker. This week we go along with Kevin and Jenn as they cover the Valley of Perdition (Season 2 Episode 10). In this episode Richard suffers from a bad acid trip and his nightmares become his reality while Kahlan, Zedd, Leo and Cara journey from the New World to the Old in order to rescue Richard. Sister Nicci becomes a pretty bad ass Sister of the Dark and uses Richard’s Wizard Juice.

So, without further introduction, here is a quick eye catch for the Podcast.

PODCAST: An Audio Podcast for S2E09 “Dark”

TheSeekerCast.com has released a new podcast for Legend of the Seeker. This week we go along with Kevin and Jenn as they take a journey into the Dark (Season 2, Episode 9). In this episode Richard arrives at the Palace of the Prophets and discovers some interesting truths, Zedd names a new Seeker (with whom Cara seems to have a spark) and Kahlan still looks hot in her new dress.

PODCAST: An Audio Podcast for S2E08 “Light”

The folks at TheSeekerCast.com must be pulling double duty because they are just cranking these podcasts out to stay up to date with the latest Legend of the Seeker episodes. They have just released Podcast #7 dealing with Season 2, Episode 8 titled “Light”. They discuss the various aspects of Episode 8 (Light) and how it relates to both the series and the books. It’s an interesting contrast to listen to Kevin (the non “bookie”) discuss things with Kurt (an avid fan of the books and Goodkind cannon) and how Jen sort of balances it out between the two of them.

Anyways, we all know Denna is still thirsting after power but this time she decides to take a different approach and capture Zedd for her own devious purposes. Cara and Kahlan are on their way to becoming BFFs and the Sisters of the Light make an appearance!

Kevin and Jenn are joined again by Kurt to discuss “Light.” The trio discusses character growth over the last few episodes, implications for what we learn about Richard and the humor brought back to the series through this episode.

PODCAST: An Audio PodCast for S2E07 "Resurrection"

The fine folks at TheSeekerCast.com have released Podcast #6 dealing with Season 2, Episode 7 titled “Resurrection”. They are shifting their priority focus to the more recent episodes now that Legend of the Seeker is back on the air with new episodes. Don’t worry, if you’ve been enjoying their podcasts they will get caught up with the past episodes of Season 2 when they have time.

So, as we all know by now Denna is back, and she is back with a vengeance! She gets her white leather on and decides to go to work on Richard in a big big way!

Kevin and Jenn discuss the most recently aired episode “Resurrection”. We cover this story rich episode with topics including Cara’s character growth, the return of two Season One characters and the implications that these two may have in upcoming episodes.

TheSeekerCast.com has released another podcast dealing with Season 2 Episode 04 titled “Touched”. This is the episode that guest stars the cute Aimee Teegarden (hey, she’s 21!!! We can say that). Anyways, a great podcast as usual and full of good commentary and insight into the episode for both those who have read the books (I believe Jenn has) and those who have not (Kevin).

Kevin and Jenn discuss the fourth episode of season 2, “Touched.” The duo discusses Kahlan’s role as the last confessor, how the series is moving away from it’s episodic status and some of the other highlights from this episode.

Our friends over at TheSeekerCast.com have done another podcast on one of my favorite topics… Cara. I mean what’s not to like! Sexy, sultry and totally hot.

Broken (Season 2, Episode 3) was a Cara-centric episode that gave you insight into her past and how she became what she is. For those that have never read the books this might be an interesting listen! There is also info on Kahlan and the Mord’Sith.

In this episode, Kevin and Jenn discuss the third episode of season 2 titled “Broken.” We discusses the Cara-centric episode, what it means to be a Mord Sith and the darker side to Kahlan.
